No matter what kind of movies you like to watch, no one can resist a good comedy movie. A movie which makes you laugh until you can't breath. A movie which makes you laugh until you cry. A movie which you quote with your friends for the next few weeks.

I am also a humongous movie buff and would like to interest you in some comedy movies you may have not seen.

Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy

Brick Tamland: Excuse me, Veronica?
Veronica Corningstone: Yes? What is it, Brick?
Brick Tamland: I would like to extend to you an invitation to the pants party.
Brick Tamland: [struggling] The... party. With the... with the pants. Party with pants?
Veronica Corningstone: Brick, are you saying that there's a party in your pants and that I'm invited?
Brick Tamland: That's it.
Veronica Corningstone: Did Brian tell you to say this, Brick?
Brick Tamland: No. Yes. He did.
Veronica Corningstone: Okay. No. I don't want to go to a party in your pants.
Brick Tamland: Very well. Ian, would you like to go to a party in my pants?

When Anchorman opened in 2004 almost immediately you heard people on the streets quoting the movie. Anchorman is a classic that everyone needs to see. Certain movies you can brush off and easily forget, but a movie like Anchorman is not one. Anchorman is a movie where there are so many good quotes, you can only wish to remember them all.

Will Ferrell has countless hilarious movies, but many believe this was peak of his career. Many consider Anchorman the key to setting Will Ferrell above many of the other average comedic actors. There is no other actor that could play Ron Burgundy; Burgundy is an absolutely ridiculous character, and Will Ferrell was born to play his role in this movie.

Ferrell’s supporting cast was also full of talented actors. Actors like Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell, and Vince Vaughn are what put this movie over the top. Steve Carrell played Brick Tamland; a complete idiot. Brick was the weatherman for the news team, and he constantly provided random, irrelevant information which was absolutely hysterical.

In the middle of the movie Burgundy dropped the F-bomb on live Television, and was fired. Burgundy was one of the most popular newspersons in the city, and completely fell from fame. This proves Skinner’s point about reinforcement; it doesn’t matter who you are, there are positive and negative affects proportional to your performance.

There is not much to say about Anchorman, other than the fact that you could watch it 5 times in a row and still laugh every time. This movie gets funnier the more times you watch it, and will be, I believe, what Will Ferrell is remembered for.
